Therapy For Parents

Parenting is an incredible journey, and it can also be really hard. I am passionate about creating a space for parents to reflect, get support, and grow into more authentic, responsive, and joyful parents.

Can Therapy Help Parents?

Parenting is the ultimate full-time job. It takes energy, focus, balance, steadiness, and adaptability. When we fully invest in our role as parents, sometimes it means we take less time and effort for ourselves. And, often, we find ourselves overwhelmed and activated by our kids.

I work with clients to better utilize their internal resources, develop stronger coping skills and strategies, and to explore past experiences that influence the way they show up as parents. The result isn’t just more effective parenting—it helps develop stronger relationships, mutual respect, and more fun and joy in the parent-child relationship. In short, we work together to help you be more like the parent you’d like to be!
