Therapy For Helpers

It’s an honor to show up for those who need it, but it can be hard to be your best self when you’re constantly giving to others. You deserve the same support you give.

What Kind of Support is Available to Helpers?

I specialize in working with people in the helping professions, such as teachers, doctors, nurses, and other therapists. That work has taught me about the unique challenges present in those professions. It’s also taught me about the resilience and nurturing energy that these dedicated professionals possess. I work hard in session to help you turn that nurturing energy inward, to give yourself the same attention and compassion you so freely give to others.
